Functie

In the Quotation Phase:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and assist the Project Manager in defining project scopes.
  • Collaborate with and support relevant factories.
  • Manage offerings for local content when necessary.
  • Prepare quotations, including commercial and technical aspects.
  • Support Sales and Project Management in securing orders.
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records are up-to-date.

In the Execution Phase:

  • Assist in executing projects within committed timelines and budgets, providing progress reports to the organization.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relations to ensure smooth implementation of service contracts and projects.
  • Identify and coordinate the necessary resources, including subcontractors and specialists.
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering and Manufacturing locations.

Functie-eisen

  • Up to 3 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or combined Business and Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience in rotating equipment is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Dutch is preferred, and German and/or French are assets.
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and an open-minded view.
