Our customer is in need of (temporary) support as to HR Operations for a wide range of HR topics. We are looking for a HR Operations Consultant (generalist) who enjoys to work in a dynamic, flexible and young environment.

Functie

Tasks/responsibilities such as:

  • Prehire/Onboarding/Offboarding
  • HR related administrative tasks
  • HR systems (Workday, Documentum, Concur)
  • Arbo case management
  • Reports
  • Internal Communication (Yammer, HR News, SP)
  • General support to the HR Manager

Functie-eisen

  • HBO bachelor graduate (pref. HR or Business Administration with HR-minor) with minimum 4 years HR experience
  • Key: Arbo case management, fluent in English and IT affinity (especially Excel advanced skills)
  • Driven, energetic, eager to learn
  • Team player as well as work independently with limited supervision
  • Structured (red/blue-type)
  • Good communication skills
  • High integrity
  • MS Office-pro
