Functie
- Lead and manage design teams responsible for electrical installations.
- Oversee various project teams and motivate them to achieve exceptional results.
- Hands-on involvement in project execution, leveraging your extensive E&I expertise.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and adhere to schedules while contributing to sustainability goals.
- Actively participate in the design team and engage with clients to realize projects to their satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in the proposal phase, developing project proposals that set us apart in the market.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and/or instrumentation.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
