As a Customer Service Engineer you are responsible for the maintenance of complex medical equipment in laboratories, of GP laboratories and hospitals, among others, so that they can provide optimal service to their customers. You will also be responsible, together with your colleagues, for breakdown services. Here you make sure that the cause is determined, the failure is solved and the equipment is available to the customer again as soon as possible. This can be done remotely via remote support or at the customer's location. You work accurately and draw conclusions from the available information in order to properly advise our customer on the use and maintenance of the equipment. Upon completion of the work, you will provide a report including documentation of the work performed. Good communication with the customer is important. You will work closely in a team of colleagues and adhere to strict safety standards to ensure that our clients can provide the highest quality of care to their patients.

Wat heb je nodig

  • Completed MBO+ or HBO education in Laboratory Technology, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Electronics or willing to follow additional training for this.
  • Work experience in the field service engineer for analytical equipment or knowledge of medical equipment is an advantage.
  • Flexible attitude and a proactive attitude, willingness to work standby shifts outside office hours.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • In possession of a driving license B.
