In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Working on behalf of the client, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project planning remains accurate, transparent, and aligned with project objectives.
You will play a key role in monitoring project progress, identifying scheduling risks, and supporting decision-making through reliable planning data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and ensure schedules accurately reflect project status.
- Coordinate planning activities with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and deviations, and propose mitigation measures.
- Support project managers with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure planning data is consistent, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects throughout engineering and construction phases
Wat heb je nodig
- Several years of proven experience as a Project Planner or Senior Project Planner within technical or industrial projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Experience working on complex engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.
- Experience supporting projects during both engineering and construction phases is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
