Our client is offering an exciting opportunity within their Sustainable Energy & Networks Business Unit, supporting the nation’s shift to renewable energy. As a Commissioning Engineer / Installation Responsible, you will play a vital role in independently commissioning complex installations and control systems.
Your key responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance and process verification, managing test plans and test reports, and performing functional and coldwire testing. You'll take the lead on adjusting protection systems, conducting FAT, SAT, and SIT assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as NEN and ICE. You’ll also manage technical interfaces with third-party vendors and industrial automation systems (PLC/SCADA), while maintaining up-to-date documentation and coordinating with suppliers on technical developments.
This position requires a proactive mindset and high safety awareness, particularly in the context of high-voltage (HV) systems. You'll be responsible for creating as-built documentation and will serve as the technical authority on test management and system validation.
Wat heb je nodig
- MBO Level 4 in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology
- STIPEL NEN3140 VP and NEN3840 certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commissioning or as an Installation Responsible (IV)
- Expertise in high-voltage systems and complex electrical installations
- Experience with test management and technical validation processes
- Familiarity with industrial automation (PLC/SCADA) and vendor interface management
- Strong understanding of NEN and ICE regulations
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Valid VCA-VOL certificate
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to complete additional training and certification
