Our client is seeking a Medior/Senior Project Planner to support a large-scale industrial project in Zaandam. This is a freelance assignment, starting immediately, and will run until June 2026, with the possibility of extension to 12 months.

The project involves the construction and commissioning of a new food-grade oil processing plant. This role is essential in helping the project manager manage and control the timelines across all phases, including engineering, procurement, and execution, using Primavera as the key scheduling tool.
The planner will work 4 to 5 days per week with a minimum of 3 days on-site in Zaandam. Mobile offices are already set up on-site for productive working conditions. Please note that your transport is required as the location is not accessible by public transport.
You will be joining a professional and dynamic project services team at our client, reporting to the project team on-site. The role became available due to increased workload.
This position requires an experienced freelance planner who is available immediately and is comfortable working independently. Candidates should have strong technical project experience and a hands-on mentality.

- Solid experience with Primavera and MS Project
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of planning experience in technical project environments
- Education level MBO or HBO in a technical field preferred
- Strong communication skills with English fluency required (Dutch not mandatory)
- Able to work on one project at a time without multitasking across multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and independence in planning roles
- Commitment through June 2026 with potential extension
