We are looking for a Subcontracting Coordinator.

Our client is an engineering company that designs and supplies heat recovery and energy-efficiency systems for power plants and industrial facilities. It helps customers improve performance, reduce emissions, and support the transition to more sustainable energy production.
Vacature informatie
- Coordinate and manage outsourced production activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification-compliant delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders (QC, Engineering, Logistics, Project Teams)
- Monitor progress, identify risks/issues early, and implement corrective actions
- Expedite fabrication processes and ensure adherence to schedules
- Coordinate inspections in line with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP/QIP)
- Oversee logistics coordination with internal teams
- Track and follow up on documentation and material deliveries
- Review supplier progress reports and mitigate delays
- Manage defects/complaints and ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate administration and ERP system updates
Wat heb je nodig
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in a similar role within energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries
- Strong knowledge of subcontracting, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
- Experience managing international suppliers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to maintain oversight (“helicopter view”)
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working with ERP and digital systems
- Willingness to travel if required
